I was born and raised in Circleville, Ohio, a small town that’s obsessed with pumpkins and used to be shaped like a circle. Growing up I constantly declared that I hated it there and couldn’t wait to leave, but honestly, I loved it. At times it was easy for my friends and I to complain about having “nothing to do” in such a small town but now I see that as such a blessing because it allowed us (or forced us) to make so many great memories together. And about the pumpkin obsession… I’ll get back to that later.
This is my beautiful mom and my very best friend! I can’t say enough about how awesome she is and how lucky I am. My mom is one of the most important people in my life so it was important for me to introduce her because she is the reason I am who I am. Whether that is good or bad I’m not sure!
My Alma Mater! There are far too many memories of my time at Ohio University for me to share in this short post. To date, that time in my life was one of the best and I miss it everyday. When I began my college adventure back in 2006 I could never have imagined the lifelong friendships that would form or the connection that I would have with that little college town. OU — Oh Yeah!
Yes, I am that lady. Crazy dog lady that is. My husband and I are both huge dog lovers and we have two mutts of our own but we would be completely content with 10 dogs or more if we had the space! Buddy is on the left and Zoey on the right. I will try to control my dog obsessed posts but I can’t make any promises.
Last but not least, this is my new-ish very handsome husband, Rob. We were married almost one year ago (August 31, 2012)! We met in high school and have been best friends ever since. We have had such a fun and exciting year together and I plan on sharing many more of our exciting adventures together. <3
